  • Publication number: 20240101396
Abstract: A method for using a lifting magnet and a lifting magnet. The lifting magnet includes a plurality of electromagnet coils that are each independently ON/OFF-controllable and voltage-controllable, and a magnetic pole that is excited by application of a voltage to the electromagnet coils. An electromagnet coil to be used for lifting steel plates is determined based on a total thickness of the steel plates to be lifted. An amount of passing magnetic flux ?r in the magnetic pole in a case where magnetic flux passes through only the steel plates to be lifted when the electromagnet coil is used is calculated. An application voltage to be applied to the electromagnet coil used for lifting the steel plates is determined based on the amount of passing magnetic flux ?r. The application voltage is applied to the electromagnet coil.

  • Patent number: 6841265
Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a titanium alloy vacuum container and vacuum parts that can easily achieve an ultra-high vacuum in a short time through vacuum evacuation. The titanium alloy of the titanium alloy vacuum container and vacuum parts has a compact structure composed of fine grains, each having a size of approximately not more than 10 ?m, with a surface that is exposed to at least vacuum being set to have a surface roughness of not more than 50 nm; and in this structure, preferably, the surface roughness thereof may be set to not more than 10 nm, the titanium alloy may have a hardness in a range of not less than 230 Hv to not more than 310 Hv, and the titanium alloy may have a passivity surface film made by a thin titanium oxide layer or nitride layer that is formed on the surface thereof. The titanium alloy, which is desirably used in such titanium alloy vacuum container and vacuum parts, contains 0.3 wt. % to 0.5 wt. % of iron and 0.3 wt. % to 0.5 wt.

  • Patent number: 6594162
Abstract: The inverter device includes an inverse conversion circuit which converts a supplied direct-current electricity into a alternating-current electricity having a predetermined frequency, and is designed to drive a motor for a rotary machine, at various speeds, in which the switching control of the inverse conversion circuit is performed by a digital processor. In this inverter device, a timer interrupt process having an independent constant processing cycle which is not directly related to the processing cycle of the system control in the digital processor is assigned. In the timer interrupt process, whether or not switching of the inverse conversion circuit is required is determined, and the switching control is carried out on the basis of the determination.
