  • Publication number: 20170232928
Abstract: A buckle guide formed in the shape of a cross-sectionally rectangular tube is inserted from a vehicle rear and lower end portion of a buckle cover of a buckle, and guide ribs that project from an inner surface of the buckle cover are in abutting contact with a rectangular guide surface that is an outer surface of the buckle guide. Because of this, swiveling of the buckle cover relative to the buckle guide is limited.

  • Patent number: 9637084
Abstract: A webbing take-up device is obtained capable of restricting movement of a clutch member in the axial direction of a second gear. In the webbing take-up device, a movement prevention portion is formed, on a rotor side, at an intermediate bottom portion of a large gear portion, and a clutch spring attached to the rotor abuts the movement prevention portion, thereby preventing any movement of the clutch spring further to the intermediate bottom portion side. Movement of the clutch spring in the axial direction of the rotor can accordingly be suppressed, enabling movement of the clutch spring in the axial direction of the rotor to be restricted.

  • Patent number: 9616845
Abstract: A webbing take-up device is obtained capable of suppressing slight axial direction movement of a gear configuring a mechanism to release overload. A large gear portion of a two-step gear configuring an overload release mechanism of the webbing take-up device is sandwiched between a small gear portion end face of a small gear portion and a bottom portion of a rotor. This thereby enables rattling which is slight axial direction movement of the large gear portion to be suppressed.

  • Patent number: 8931723
Abstract: A webbing take-up device is obtained that is capable of reducing the load on a reduction balance spring without using special components, and without performing special processing on a spiral direction inside end of the reduction balance spring. When the reduction balance spring rotates in a take-up direction as winding of the reduction balance spring loosens, an inside engagement portion turns in the take-up direction inside an engagement groove. Accordingly, a load absorption portion which is further to a main body portion side of the reduction balance spring than the inside engagement portion curves into a concave shape that is open towards a pull-out direction as the load absorption portion stands up. In this state, when further load in the take-up direction acts on the reduction balance spring, this load is absorbed by the load absorption portion undergoing resilient deformation so as to curve further.

  • Patent number: 8925850
Abstract: A webbing retractor includes a retracting shaft; a lock member regulating the rotation of the retracting shaft in the pulled-out direction; a rotating body connected to the retracting shaft; a rotation detecting member that is relatively displaced with respect to the rotating body by inertial force, by which rotation of the rotating body in the pulled-out direction is regulated, and by which the lock member is actuated; and a regulating member having an engaging portion that engages with the rotation detecting member because of the rotation of the rotating body in the retraction direction. The engagement of the engaging portion with the rotation detecting member is released as the engaging portion is displaced toward a radial direction inside of the rotating body by the rotation of the rotating body in the pulled-out direction.

  • Patent number: 8740126
Abstract: A webbing take-up device comprising a spool and a locking unit having a locking unit main body having a rotational acceleration detecting unit, wherein the rotational acceleration detecting unit comprises a second rotating body; a rotation transmission member provided at the second rotating body; an inertial mass body having a pressing portion and provided at the second rotating body; a biasing means provided at the second rotating body; and a retaining portion provided at the second rotating body to pinch the rotation transmission member together with the inertial mass body biased by the biasing means, thereby retaining the rotation transmission member in a state in which the rotation transmission member does not engage with the first rotating body, and to release retention of the rotation transmission member when relative rotation is produced between the second rotating body and the inertial mass body.

  • Patent number: 8494310
Abstract: A novel search method having an advantage over the DSR 472 method the search accuracy of which is currently said to be the highest level is proposed. At the feature value computation stage, the two-dimensional image used in computation of the three-dimensional model feature value (excluding a contour feature value) is corrected so that the gray scales of the pixels are emphasized more as the distance from the center of the two-dimensional image increases.

  • Publication number: 20110290930
Abstract: In a webbing retractor, when a V gear has been rotated in a withdrawal direction following a spool and a W pawl has been relatively displaced with respect to the V gear by inertial force, the rotation of the V gear is regulated and a lock plate regulates the rotation of the spool. A first center-of-gravity adjusting hole and a second center-of-gravity adjusting hole are disposed in the W pawl, and the sensitivity of detecting the inertial force is adjusted as a result of a center-of-gravity position of the W pawl being adjusted. The first center-of-gravity adjusting hole and the second center-of-gravity adjusting hole are disposed away from an outer peripheral surface of the W pawl, so the center-of-gravity position of the W pawl becomes adjustable without having to change the outer peripheral shape of the W pawl.

  • Publication number: 20110290927
Abstract: In a webbing take-up device, a housing chamber is provided integrally at an axial-direction end portion of the spool, and opens to an outer-side in a radial-direction of the spool. A lock plate is housed in the housing chamber, and a side surface of the housing chamber is engaged with the lock plate at a predetermined occasion, and rotation of the spool in a drawing-out direction is regulated. An opening-side end portion of the side surface is arranged at a position away from a slit in a circumferential-direction of the spool. Thus, a wall part passing the side surface and being along the axial-direction becomes larger, so strength of the spool can be enhanced. Further, an outer-side of the housing chamber in the axial-direction is closed, so strength of the housing chamber can be enhanced, with the result that the strength of the spool can be further enhanced.
