  • Publication number: 20200401964
Abstract: A support system according to the present invention is provided with a whereabouts identifying unit configured to identify the position where a person needing care is present, an area identifying unit configured to identify an affected area, in which there is a possibility that the line of movement of the person needing care and the line of movement of an approaching object approaching the person needing care cross each other, and a notification unit configured to output a care request to an output unit existing in the affected area.

  • Patent number: 10719796
Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for detecting an abnormal stress condition in a subject or group of subjects. Included is a risk evaluation system monitoring people, wherein a control unit in a stress management system obtains mental health information and records same in a measurement information database. The control unit then specifies a pattern in a reference pattern database and obtains the measurement information relating to this pattern from the measurement information database. The control unit in the stress management system (20) then revises a standard pattern based on individual attributes or work attributes. Next, the control unit performs pattern matching and determines whether or not attention is required. If the determination is that attention is required, the control unit presents an alert and an advice. This enables work, organization, and member risks to be appropriately evaluated based on changes in mental health information.

  • Patent number: 10013571
Abstract: In the present invention, a control section of a CRM server performs editing processing for TPO (the time, the place, and the occasion) requirements. Next, a control section of a TPO server registers the TPO requirements in order to convert the same to TPO definitions. Then, the control section performs setting processing for the TPO definitions. A portable terminal identifies the current location and the current time. Then, a control section verifies TPO definition state transitioning. If transitioning of the TPO definition state is detected, the control section performs TPO definition state transition notification processing. The control section of the portable terminal performs individual control processing on the basis of the TPO definitions.

  • Publication number: 20160140464
Abstract: An event assistance device is provided with a control section which is connected to a schedule management system and a plurality of service management systems. Each of the service management systems executes a type of process corresponding to an event to be managed. The control section identifies an event to be managed based on an event in schedule information recorded in the schedule management system. In order to cause a type of process corresponding to the event to be managed to be executed, the control section provides notification based on the event to be managed to each of the service management systems.

  • Publication number: 20130041715
Abstract: Disclosed is a risk evaluation system that uses people as sensors, wherein a control unit (21) in a stress management system (20) obtains mental health information and records same in a measurement information database (25). The control unit (21) then specifies a pattern in a reference pattern database (24) and obtains the measurement information relating to this pattern from the measurement information database (25). The control unit (21) in the stress management system (20) then revises a standard pattern based on individual attributes or work attributes. Next, the control unit (21) performs pattern matching and determines whether or not attention is required. If the determination is that attention is required, the control unit (21) presents an alert and an advice. This enables work, organization, and member risks to be appropriately evaluated based on changes in mental health information for a user.
