Abstract: A method for fabricating semiconductor devices having multi-layered wiring structure with an advanced reliability and free from shortcircuit failure between the upper and lower wirings is provided. The method has a step for forming on a first insulating film, having a conductive body exposed thereon, a second insulating film so as to cover the conductive body, and a step for forming by etching a recess to the second insulating film so as to reach the conductive body. In this case at least the lower portion of the second insulating film is formed with a material showing a faster etching rate over at least the upper portion of the first insulating film.
Abstract: A hexahydrotrazine compound which is 1-(2-chloro-5-pyridylmethyl)-3,5-dimethyl-2-nitroiminohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine or 1-(2-chloro-5-thiazolylmethyl)-3,5-dimethyl-2-nitroiminiohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine and insecticides containing the same.

Abstract: An air bag is made of thermoplastic urethane resin. The resin has a hardness (Shore scale A) of 88 to 92 measured by JIS K-7311; a tensile strength of 400 kg/cm.sup.2 or more measured by JIS K-7311; a breaking elongation of 400% or more measured by JIS K-7311; a 100% modulus of 70 kg/cm.sup.2 or more measured by JIS K-7311; a 300% modulus of 150 kg/cm.sup.2 or more measured by JIS k-7311; a tearing strength of 75 kg/cm or more measured by JIS K-7311; a pour point of 180.degree. C. to 188.degree. C. measured by Flow Tester; and a melting viscosity of 2.5.times.10.sup.5 Ps/190.degree. C. to 45.times.10.sup.5 Ps/190.degree. C. measured by Flow Tester.
Abstract: An inflator with a starter for starting a gas generator of a side collision air bag device is formed of: a needle disposed in the side face of a vehicle and made movable from the outside to the inside of the vehicle; an elastic member for urging the needle in the opposite direction to the movement of the needle; and a priming powder disposed forward of the movement of the needle. When the priming powder is hit by the needle, the ignition agent of the gas generator ignites to inflate an air bag.
Abstract: A lateral collision detector is formed of a wire extended along the inner face of the outer plate of an automotive door; and a signal output device adapted to be pulled and actuated by the wire.
