    Abstract: An information display device comprises: a communications part that receives, from multiple external devices, information on a time zone of the current position identified by the multiple external devices; a time zone-identification part that identifies a time zone of the current position of the self-device, on the basis of the information received from the multiple external devices; and a display control part that displays time in the identified time zone of the current position on a display part, in which the time zone-identification part repeatedly calculates, for a first predetermined time length, an accumulated time in which time zones received from a predetermined number of the external devices match one another, and when the accumulated match time is not shorter than a predetermined time, identifies the matched time zone as the time zone of the current position.

The reception unit receives image information transmitted from a particular mobile device which is a mobile device with which communication is established. The interruption detection unit detects that reception of the image information is interrupted. The determination unit determines whether or not the transmission device which transmits the image information is the particular mobile device, when the reception unit receives image information again after interruption of the reception is detected. The display control unit stops displaying the image information transmitted from the transmission device on a display device when the transmission device is determined not to be the particular mobile device.

The identifier receiver receives a phone identifier from a mobile phone. The storage stores compatibility information. The compatibility information receiver receives renewed compatibility information. The renewing device replaces the compatibility information stored in the storage with the renewed compatibility information. The determination device determines whether the mobile phone is compatible with the hands-free communication apparatus by comparing the phone identifier and the stored compatibility information. The connecting device establishes a communication between the apparatus and the mobile phone when the determination device determines that the mobile phone is compatible with the apparatus.
