The trained model links the utterances to respective actions and responses; receiving a user utterance via the virtual assistant integrated within the oil-gas domain application. The method further includes determining a response to the user utterance using the trained model, wherein the response is associated with performing an action within the oil-gas domain application; and providing the response to the virtual assistant to cause the virtual assistant to execute the action within the oil-gas domain application.
