    Abstract: A method and apparatus for delivering an aroma when a bottle is opened is provided. An aromatic substance is placed on the bottle neck and/or the cap, and the aroma is released when the cap is removed from the bottle. A preferred embodiment uses a scratch-and-sniff material to contain the aroma. The material is scratched when the cap is removed, releasing the aroma.
