Abstract: A clamp assembly for repairing a leak caused by a hole in a pipe element. The claim assembly has first and second arcuate segments attachable to one another end to end, first and second adjustably tightenable connection members positioned at each end of the first and second segments to form first and second segment joints, first and second seals positionable between the segments and the pipe element on opposite sides of the hole, and first and second sealing plates positioned at the segment joints and positionable between the segments and the pipe element to form a seal at each segment joint.
