  • Patent number: 4803815
Abstract: An enclosure frame that is to be placed in a wall opening for a door or the like. The frame comprises a liner that is disposed in the wall opening, and at least one casting that is disposed on an edge of the liner, extends at right angles to the latter, and is also disposed on a wall surface. For mounting an edge strip, that end of the casing remote from the liner is provided with a retaining strip. The latter has a mounting leg that rests on a wide side of the casing and is secured thereto. The retaining strip also has an insertion leg that extends from the casing at right angles to the wide side thereof. The edge strip has an inner side that faces the wall surface and is provided with a longitudinally extending, slot-like recess into which the insertion leg of the retaining strip can be introduced in a self-clamping manner. The edge strip also has a channel for receiving the mounting leg of the retaining strip and for covering the same from sight.

  • Patent number: 4337604
Abstract: A baseboard has a longitudinal recess open on its wall and floor sides. The recess continues upwardly in a groove-like depression with formation of a downward directed rib on the wall side. A holder comprises a dowel insertable below the rib into a wall borehole and the end thereof which extends into the recess has an upward bent holding part engaging behind and contacting the rib and pulling the baseboard at its upper edge against the wall. A stop part arranged on the dowel is bent downward and set back relative to the holding part by the thickness of the rib. The stop part has an extension longitudinal to the dowel which rests in the recess contacting the rear side of the baseboard.

  • Patent number: 4332495
Abstract: A wooden frame or the like having two frame parts abutting at a joint and having a tensioning-eccentric connector, the two frame parts each having a borehole which extends perpendicular to the joint and each having a preferably round recess at the end of each borehole, a round tensioning eccentric being adapted to be inserted turnably into the recess of one of the frame parts and a tension bolt being adapted to be introduced into each borehole, the clamping end of which bolt engages into the tensioning eccentric and the fastening end thereof is held fast in the recess of the other frame part by a holder. The holder comprises an abutment stop part which is fixed on the fastening end of the tension bolt, the length of which abutment stop part in the circumferential direction of the recess which receives the abutment stop part being greater than the diameter of the corresponding borehole.
