Abstract: Exercise blocks have one or more magnets on or inserted into one or more of the six faces of an exercise block provide the ability to releasably connect and configure multiple blocks in various configurations that are suitable for a wider variety of exercises. The magnetic connection between and among the blocks helps to prevent unexpected and unintentional disconnections that could pose hazards during use.
