  • Patent number: 9649169
Abstract: The invention concerns an analysis method for a surgical operation via endoscopy performed at an operative site in a volume located inside the body of an animal, characterized in that it comprises the steps consisting of: detecting at least one instrument (1; 2; 3) present at the operative site, detecting at least one portion of an organ (4) in the vicinity of the detected instrument (1; 2; 3), determining the positioning of the detected instrument (1; 2; 3) relative to the detected organ (4), so that the detected instrument (1; 2; 3), the detected portion of organ (4) and their relative positioning form parameters defining a detected surgical step, selecting, in a database, a conceptual surgical step corresponding to the detected surgical step from to the detected instrument (1; 2; 3), the detected portion of organ (4) and their relative positioning, comparing the parameters of the detected surgical step with the parameters defining the selected conceptual surgical step to determine the differences betwee

  • Patent number: 8317694
Abstract: The invention relates to a tool for parietally anchoring a living being's organ (70) comprising means (12, 16, 24) for anchoring said organ, means (36) for fastening at least one pulling element (37) to said anchoring means, wherein said pulling element is fixable to the abdominal wall of said living being in such a way that it makes it possible to lift and keep in suspended position the organ anchored by anchoring means (12, 16, 24) in order to display an anatomical structure during a surgical intervention, in particular in laparoscopy or coeloscopy. The inventive tool also comprises means (14, 22, 28, 38) for grasping and manipulating said anchoring means by a surgical clip. The size of the tool is selected in such a way that it is enabled to pass through a laparoscopic or coelioscopic trocar. A parietally anchoring device is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20110046476
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for analysing a surgical operation by endoscopy in an operation field in a space inside the body of an animal, characterised in that it comprises the steps of: detecting at least one tool (1, 2, 3) present in the operation field; detecting at least one portion of an organ (4) in the vicinity of the detected tool (1, 2, 3); determining the position of the detected tool (1, 2, 3) relative to the detected organ (4) so that the detected tool (1, 2, 3), the detected portion of the organ (4) and their relative positioning form parameters defining a detected operation field; selecting, in a database, a conceptual field of operation corresponding to the detected operation field based on the detected tool (1, 2, 3), the detected portion of the organ (4), and their relative positioning; comparing the parameters of the detected field of operation with the parameters defining the selected conceptual field of operation in order to determine the deviations between said parameters; providin
