The method comprises adding an acid to the fermentation juice in an amount sufficient to cause the precipitation of the mixture of potassium salts, and then separating the mixture of salts of potassium solid potassium acidified fermentation juice. The present technology also relates to the mixture of potassium salts obtained by said method and its use as fertilizer.
