  • Patent number: 12643448
Abstract: A seat assembly is provided. The seatback for a first seat is configured to receive an occupant in a vehicle. A headrest is coupled to the seatback and includes at least one loudspeaker and a lattice structure. At least one loudspeaker is positioned in the headrest and is configured to transmit an audio output signal from the headrest. The lattice structure includes a first section positioned proximate to the at least one loudspeaker to enable the audio output signal to pass therethrough and a second section to prevent the audio output signal from leaking to a second seat. The first section is formed at a first density and the second section is formed at a second density. The first density of the first section is less than the second density of the second section to increase an acoustic transparency of the audio output signal.

  • Publication number: 20250307807
Abstract: A protocol for collaborative consensus that allows for the automatic cross-verification of outputs for a given contract between two parties. This allows for the autonomous reconciliation of bills throughout a billing period, and the automatic exchange of payments for the agreed-upon amounts. This is achieved using independent servers that have agreed upon a contract and its inputs and operations. The contract is serialized and signed by both parties, and then the outputs are cross verified by both parties. If the outputs are within an appropriate tolerance window, then the outputs are agreed upon and the payments are exchanged. If the outputs are not within an appropriate tolerance window, then the outputs are recalculated and exchanged again. This allows for the reduction of manual effort in the billing and payment process, and the reduction of moral hazard in the interaction of partially trusting counterparties.

  • Patent number: 7985194
Abstract: One embodiment of the invention is a knee (or elbow) band assembly 100 that has a pocket assembly 106 containing a flexible pad 200 with rounded surfaces 112b, 116b separated by a valley 114b. The band assembly 100 is applied to a leg below the knee or to an arm above the elbow to improve body alignment and function and to relieve pain. The rounded surfaces 112a, 116a apply pressure to the limb to aid in alignment of the patellar or triceps tendons and to activate pressure points on the skin to stimulate the release of tension in the body and to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities.
