Abstract: There is envisaged a method of contextual keywords based advertising on network enabled device comprising the steps of extracting the text and other contents in response to user action of entering the contents on network enabled device or in response to receiving any content and in response to data pushed or transferred from to output peripherals; identifying and extracting alpha numeric characters from the extracted contents; storing alpha numeric characters in a memory of the user device; forming meaningful keywords out of alpha numeric characters; randomizing the keywords; sending said keywords to the server over network; pulling advertisements in the form of marketing promotions/search results/information/content/applications/contents from advertisement server based on said keywords and storing retrieved advertisements in memory of device; receiving attributes for advertisements to be displayed and displaying the advertisements according to said attributes on the main or separate screen of network enabled
