The handle can be pivoted to a variety of positions relative to the boom. A lock locks the handle into a desired position relative to the boom. In some embodiments, the boom is mounted to a wheel assembly, and in some embodiments, the handle is part of the wheel assembly.

The attachment system includes a mounting member configured to be attached to the cable puller, an engaging member attached to the mounting member, and a clamp plate attached to the mounting member, the clamp plate configured to be inserted into a passageway of the conduit and configured to bear against an inner surface of the conduit which forms the passageway. One of the engaging member and the clamp plate has a ledge surface upon which the end surface of the conduit bears against. At least one of the engaging member and the clamp plate is adjustable in position relative to the mounting member.
