Abstract: The invention refers to a liquid dispenser apparatus including a liquid inlet connected to a liquid source, a dispensing outlet connected to a liquid dispensing unit, a conduit arrangement, an additive storage receiving unit having a plurality of additive storage receiving slots, wherein each additive receiving slot is designed to receive an additive storage having an additive storage identifier for identifying a predetermined content of additive liquid contained in the respective additive storage, a control unit having a memory for storing a respective additive storage identifier for each additive storage receiving slot, and a user interface for receiving an additive liquid selection command by the user, and where the control unit is configured to control the additive storage receiving unit to select a respective additive storage receiving slot and to put the respective additive storage in fluid communication with the conduit arrangement.

An example of an internal device is a rotating mixer. The internal device prevents tobacco from sticking inside the container and controls the fluent continual supply of tobacco to the electrical cigarette filling machine. The electrical cigarette filling machine may contain one or more feeding systems for simultaneous filling of a plurality of empty cigarettes tubes with tobacco. The machine can include a tip cleaner system for removing excess tobacco from the cigarette tip.

The machine has also an option for tip cleaner system for removing excess tobacco from the cigarette tip.
