If the patient is not following the treatment that was prescribed to him it will send information over the telephone to the disease management system. The disease management system will then take the suitable action to help the patient back on track with his treatment. That action could for example be an automatic reminder call to the patient or in some cases a message to his physician to inform him of the situation.
