Additionally or alternatively, the circuitry may be configured to (1) identify a set of attributes of a packet corresponding to a traffic flow, (2) determine, based at least in part on the set of attributes, an intent of the traffic flow, and (3) assign a load-balancing option included in the set of load-balancing options to the traffic flow based at least in part on the intent and the set of attributes.
