Patent number: 11983747Abstract: A method including preprocessing natural language text by cleaning and vectorizing the natural language text. A first machine learning model (MLM) extracts negative reviews. A first input to the first MLM is the natural language text and a first output of the first MLM is first probabilities that the negative reviews have negative sentiments. The method also includes categorizing the negative reviews by executing a second MLM. A second input to the second MLM is the negative reviews. A second output of the second MLM is second probabilities that the negative reviews are assigned to categories. The method also includes identifying, using a name recognition controller and based on categorizing, a name of a software application in the negative reviews and sorting the negative reviews into a subset of negative reviews relating to the name. The software application is adjusted based on the subset of negative reviews.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 2023Date of Patent: May 14, 2024Assignee: Intuit Inc.Inventors: Akshay Ravindran, Avinash Thekkumpat, Raja Sabra, Shylaja R. Publication number: 20240152863Abstract: Systems and methods of verifying pairings of price tag labels and products at a product storage facility include an image capture device that moves about and captures images of product storage structures at the product storage facility, and a database that stores inventory data associated with the products stocked at the product storage facility. A computing device processes the images to extract one or more characters from the price tag labels and products detected in the images, correlates the extracted characters to the inventory data to identify a product code and a product name that matches the characters extracted from the price tag labels and the products. If the characters extracted from the price tag and from the on-shelf product to which the price tag label is allocated match, the database is updated to reflect that the price tag label is properly allocated to the appropriate on-shelf product.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2022Publication date: May 9, 2024Inventors: Lingfeng Zhang, Wei Wang, Avinash Madhusudanrao Jade, Raghava Balusu, Mingquan Yuan, Jing Wang, Han Zhang, Zhaoliang Duan, William Craig Robinson, Jr., Benjamin R. Publication number: 20240135315Abstract: Systems and methods of analyzing on-shelf price tag labels and products at a product storage facility include an image capture device that captures one or more images of one or more product storage structures at a product storage facility. A computing device communicatively coupled to the image capture device analyzes the images of the product storage structures captured by the image capture device and detects individual price tag labels and individual products located on the product storage structure. Based on the detection of the price tag labels and the products, the computing device also defines separate product storage spaces of the product storage structure, determines which price tag labels are allocated to which of the separate product storage spaces, and associates in a database the price tag labels allocated to the product storage spaces with the products stored in those product storage spaces.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 20, 2022Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Jing Wang, Han Zhang, Lingfeng Zhang, Zhaoliang Duan, Mingquan Yuan, Wei Wang, Benjamin R. Publication number: 20240083413Abstract: Systems and methods of controlling a vehicle in a stable drift are provided. With the goal of enhancing the driver experience, the disclosed drift control systems provide an interactive drift driving experience for the driver of a vehicle. In some embodiments, a driver is allowed to take manual control of a vehicle after a stable drift is initiated. For safety reasons, an assisted driving system may provide corrective assistance to prevent the vehicle from entering an unstable/unsafe drift. In other embodiments, an autonomous driving system retains control of the vehicle throughout the drift. However, the driver may perform “simulated drift maneuvers” such as counter-steering, and clutch kicking in order to communicate their desire to drift more or less aggressively. Accordingly, the autonomous driving system will effectuate the driver's communicated desire in a manner that keeps the vehicle in a safe/stable drift.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 20, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: AVINASH BALACHANDRAN, YAN MING JONATHAN GOH, JOHN SUBOSITS, MICHAEL THOMPSON, ALEXANDER R. Patent number: 11461166Abstract: In an intelligent integration error handling in enterprise systems, an integration error is logged by a sender system or a receiver system in an error monitoring application. The integration error occurred in a transaction between the integrated sender system and the receiver system. Parsing the log in real-time by a worker cloak agent, a mode of integration error correction is determined based on inputs from an intelligent correction rule service. Upon determining that the mode of integration error correction is autonomous, the integration error is automatically fixed in real-time without manual intervention by the worker cloak agent. Upon determining that the mode of integration error correction is semi-autonomous, inputs from a business user is received along with a consent to fix the integration error in real-time. Correction rules are dynamically updated in a dynamic decision table. While performing correction the sender system and receiver systems are notified.Type: GrantFiled: November 10, 2020Date of Patent: October 4, 2022Assignee: SAP SEInventors: Avinash R, Krithika G, Suharsh Cherukunnon Arippa, Ankita Nandanwar

Patent number: 8459577Abstract: A valve assembly including an armature and a valve member that are coupled when the solenoid coil is de-energized but are decoupled after the solenoid coil is energized. A first spring biases the armature and the valve member to a closed valve seat position while a second spring having a smaller preload than the first spring biases the valve member to an open valve seat position. When the solenoid coil is energized, the magnetic force of the coil overcomes the force exerted by the first spring pulling the armature away from the valve member. The valve member moves to the open valve seat position by the force exerted by the second spring. When the coil is de-energized, the magnetic force decays, thereby allowing the armature and the valve member to re-couple.Type: GrantFiled: July 8, 2008Date of Patent: June 11, 2013Assignee: Caterpillar Inc.Inventors: Avinash R.
