    Abstract: A loading of a twisted folded monopole (LTFM) includes a first antenna portion and a second antenna portion. The first and second antenna portions are mutually coupled to support a lower band for wireless communications. The LTFM also includes a third antenna portion and a fourth antenna portion. The third and fourth antenna portions generate self resonance in a higher band for wireless communications.
