    Abstract: A device for clamping together a plurality of loose leafs including first and second clamp members arranged in a jaw-like arrangement; force responsive closure apparatus for closing the first and second clamp members together in response to an externally applied closure force so as cause the first and second clamp members to enclose therebetween a selected plurality of loose leafs and so as to apply a clamping force thereto; and releasable locking apparatus for selectably locking the first and second clamp members together in clamping engagement with the plurality of loose leafs.
