  • Publication number: 20210308457
Abstract: A system is provided that includes a patch, which includes a plurality of electrodes and is configured to be coupled to a subject. A mobile device includes a computer processor configured to receive, from a remote server, stimulation parameters derived from processing by the remote server of results from electrostimulation treatment of headaches of a plurality of other subjects; receive an input from a subject; and, in response to the input, while the patch is coupled to the subject, wirelessly communicate a control signal that causes the electrodes to apply stimulation to the subject using the received stimulation parameters as default stimulation parameters for the stimulation. Other embodiments are also described.

  • Publication number: 20080019398
Abstract: There is provided, in accordance with some embodiments of the present invention, a system, method and circuit for clock recovery and synchronization in wireless media streaming. More specifically the adverse affect of jitter on the recovery of a wirelessly transmitted MPEG2 Transport Stream (TS) signal at a receiver is addressed through the implementation of algorithms based on observed empirical results, as well as introducing additional timing signals at the transmitter.

  • Publication number: 20060140265
Abstract: There is provided, in accordance with some embodiments of the present invention a system, method and circuit for compensating for delays introduced by varying processing loads associated with the transmission of related media component signals to dispersed and separate media presentation devices. According to some embodiments of the present invention, a signal containing multimedia content, analog or digital, may be separated into two or more component signals, analog or digital, where each of the component signals may contain data associated with one or more of the media components of the multimedia signal. A delay circuit or buffer may introduce a delay to one of the component signals in order to compensate for processing related delays associated with the other component signal.

  • Publication number: 20060126838
Abstract: According to some embodiments of the present invention, two or more devices may establish an encrypted communication session by using a first set of directional transmitters, receivers and/or transceivers so as to transmit one or more unique identification strings over a first directional communication link. By deriving an encryption/decryption key set, at least partially based on the unique identification strings, the two or more devices may establish an encrypted communication session over a second communication link facilitated by a set of multi-directional transmitters, receivers and/or transceivers.
