Abstract: A system and method for evaluating human factors by modeling their key performance indicators and defining their explanatory factors, manifestations and corresponding diverse electronic footprints in an organization's digital data. Six main human resource (HR) constructs (performance, engagement, leadership, workplace dynamics, organizational developmental support, and learning and knowledge creation) are translated into measurable electronic data.
