  • Patent number: 12145550
Abstract: A braking force generator for an actuation device of a brake system. The braking force generator includes a movably supported actuator element, an electric motor which is designed to move the actuator element, a controller for controlling the electric motor, a movably supported input rod which is coupled or can be coupled to a brake pedal, a displacement sensor which is assigned to the input rod and has a transmitter and a receiver, and a communication path which is electrically connected to the receiver at one end and to the controller at the other end. The displacement sensor is arranged so as to be covered by the controller and/or adjoin the controller in plan view of the braking force generator, the viewing direction in said plan view corresponding to the movement direction of the actuator element.

  • Publication number: 20240142279
Abstract: A sensor assembly for a vehicle includes (i) a plug assembly which having a plug housing and at least two plug pins and forms an external interface of the sensor assembly, (ii) a circuit carrier on which an electronic circuit corresponding to a sensor concept being implemented is arranged, and (iii) a sensor housing which comprises an insertion opening. The circuit carrier is connected to the plug housing and the at least two plug pins at a first interface. The sensor housing includes a second interface having an opening via which the sensor housing can be connected to an external sensor arrangement or a cover according to the sensor concept being implemented, which covers the opening of the third interface in the unused state. The circuit carrier is inserted into the sensor housing through the insertion opening which is connected to the plug housing via a third interface. The circuit carrier is pre-fixed at an end region of the sensor housing.

  • Publication number: 20210135546
Abstract: A brushless electrical machine, in particular a brushless direct current motor, includes a housing, a shaft rotatably mounted in the housing, at least one rotor mounted on the shaft, a stator fixed to the housing, and a rotor position-detecting device. The rotor position-detecting device operates in a contactless manner and is associated with the rotor. The rotor position-detecting device has a multipole magnet ring rotationally fixed on the shaft and at least one sensor which is sensitive to magnetic fields and which is radially associated with the outer periphery of the magnet ring.
