Abstract: A system and method for linking volumes of interest (VOIs) across timepoints are provided. The method comprises: loading an image dataset of a first timepoint and an image dataset of a second timepoint; registering the image dataset of the first timepoint and the image dataset of the second timepoint; displaying the image dataset of the first timepoint and the image dataset of the second timepoint; selecting a VOI in the image dataset of the first timepoint and the image dataset of the second timepoint; and linking the VOIs in the image dataset of the first timepoint and the image dataset of the second timepoint.

Abstract: A system and method for monitoring disease progression or response to therapy using multi-modal visualization are provided. The method comprises: selecting a first image dataset of a first timepoint; loading the first image dataset of the first timepoint; selecting a second image dataset of a second timepoint; loading the second image dataset of the second timepoint; registering the first image dataset of the first timepoint and the second image dataset of the second timepoint; and displaying the first image dataset of the first timepoint and the second image dataset of the second timepoint.

Abstract: In a computerized method and apparatus for processing digital information for display on a display unit, digital information representing a number of items of first superordinate information and a number of items of second detailed information, respectively associated with an item of superordinate information, are read from a memory; that is remote from and physically unassociated with the display unit, the read items of first and second information are processed such that the first information can be displayed in a first display region the display unit and the second information can simultaneously be displayed in a second display region of the display unit, with a display of the information in one of the display regions causing no modification of the size of the other display region. The first and the second display regions interact such that the associated second information regarding a number of items of information displayed in the first display region can be displayed in the second display region.

Abstract: In one aspect, a system and a method for graphical interconnection of hardware signals of a device, especially of a controller device are provided. The object of the invention is to design the graphical interconnection in a simple manner so that a user can perform this function intuitively and without knowledge of the address convention used in the engineering system. This object is achieved by the inventive system and by the inventive method by the hardware signals being interconnected graphically with program elements of a programming environment using drag & drop.
