  • Publication number: 20120286509
Abstract: In a wind turbine, when a deviation of a grid voltage from a certain regular grid voltage range occurs, current residual grid voltage is measured, current wind speed is measured, a certain time period starting with the detecting of the change in grid voltage is defined depending on the value of the residual grid voltage, and the wind turbine is operated within the defined time period depending on the value of the residual grid voltage in a certain operating mode that deviates from regular operation with respect to the effective power, and the wind turbine is operated again in the regular operating mode after the grid voltage has normalized again within the defined time period, or is shut off at the end of the time period if the deviation of the grid voltage persists.

  • Publication number: 20120139246
Abstract: The present invention relates to an asynchronous generator system for a wind turbine, and a wind turbine with such a system, and the method for operating and starting up such a wind turbine. Herein, the asynchronous generator system is developed especially simply and thus cost-effectively and is able to go through wind storms and the increase of rotational speed associated therewith.

  • Patent number: 6791303
Abstract: A voltage stabilization circuit is configured between two signal lines. Each of the signal lines carries a signal, and an interference signal is superimposed on at least one of the signals. The voltage stabilization circuit includes an amplifier circuit that provides an anti-phase signal obtained as an amplified difference between the interference signal and a reference signal. The anti-phase signal has a phase that is opposite the phase of the interference signal. The configuration further includes a matching circuit, which is connected in series with the amplifier circuit, and which generates a compensation signal from the anti-phase signal and superimposes the compensation signal on the signal that is superimposed with the interference signal.
