Publication number: 20230373684Abstract: A height-adjustable frame (1) for a pallet (P) and for accommodating an insert (3) for goods has supports (2) including an upper element (6) and a lower element (7), which are connected to one another by means of a hinge (8). By means of the hinge (8), the lower element and the upper elements (6, 7) can be pivoted towards one another and away from one another. In a first position, the upper element and lower element (6, 7) have been moved towards one another and the support (2) forms a maximum height. In a second position, the lower element (7) has been pivoted away from the upper element (6), the support (2) forms a sub-height. A height adjustment makes it possible for goods of different sizes to be transported by means of an insert (3), which is fastened on the frame (1). The height adjustment is easy to achieve and allows goods to be transported using inserts (3) of different depths and also allows empty transportation with a smaller volume.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 14, 2021Publication date: November 23, 2023Applicant: GEORG UTZ HOLDING AGInventors: Patrick KÜNNEMANN, Axel RITZBERGER

Publication number: 20230312172Abstract: A plastic container (1) has a first base and four side walls (13, 14) projecting perpendicularly upwards with a circumferential edge (15) on the upper edge of said walls and a circumferential rib (16) of the lower end of said walls. According to the invention, the container (1) includes a second base (17), which is arranged on the underside of the first base and encloses same. A flat base surface (18, 20) of the second base (17) extends parallel to the first base and beyond the extent of the first base to the extent of the outer ends of the circumferential rib (16) on the side walls (13, 14). A frame (19) on the second base (17) having a circumferential wall (22) extends to the circumferential rib (16) and encloses the lateral edges of the first base. The plastic container (1) can be placed in high-bay warehouses having narrow, rail-like shelves and can be centered and reliably stacked by means of elongate centering elements on the edge (15) and recesses (26) in the second base (17).Type: ApplicationFiled: July 7, 2021Publication date: October 5, 2023Applicant: GEORG UTZ HOLDING AGInventors: Patrik PLATTNER, Axel RITZBERGER, Philip SCHANIEL

Publication number: 20230286697Abstract: A plastic container (1) with two lid halves (5a, 5b) rotatable about a hinge (6a, 6b) has on the inner surface (5c) of the lid halves hooks (7) arranged in a row adjacent to and along the hinges (6a, 6b). Each hook (7) extends parallel to and spaced apart from the lid half (5a, 5b) and includes a recess having an opening facing and toward the distal end (12a, 12b) and a two-sided undercut. The undercuts allow the placement of one or more bags (8) having two straps (9) inside the container (1) such that the bags (8) are held open. When the lid halves (5a, 5b) are closed the straps (9) remain in place and held by the hooks (7). The invention may be used by shoppers shopping large amounts, which may be placed in the bags. Several containers of this kind may be stacked when their lids closed.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 24, 2020Publication date: September 14, 2023Applicant: GEORG UTZ HOLDING AGInventors: Michael K. CHIADO, Axel RITZBERGER

Publication number: 20230166885Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic pallet (1) with an upper part (2) provided with female foot parts (4, 4?) and skids (3, 3?) provided with male foot parts (5, 5?). The male foot parts (5, 5?), together with the female foot parts (4, 4?), form feet (21, 21?), with the foot parts (4, 4?) of the upper part and the foot parts (5, 5?) of the skids (3 3?) being fastened to one another by means of snap connections (6). Each male foot part (5, 5?) includes at least two snap hooks (8), which are arranged with mirror symmetry in pairs and which each have a hook head (9) with undercut (91), a snap arm (8?) and a rear side (10), the undercuts (9?) of the hook heads (9) facing away from one another and the rear sides (10) of the snap hooks (8) facing towards one another. Each female foot part (4, 4?) includes at least one latch element (7), into which the hook heads (9) are engaged, forming a snap connection (6) in each case. The female foot parts (4, 4?) are integrally connected to the upper part (2).Type: ApplicationFiled: April 29, 2021Publication date: June 1, 2023Inventors: Axel RITZBERGER, Rüdiger SOSTMANN

Publication number: 20230150712Abstract: A plastic container (1) with a base (2) and mutually opposite side walls (3, 4) has reinforced corner portions (5) at each of its corners on the outside. The corner portions (5) are of double-walled design, an outer wall (6) extending upwards on the outside in each case from the level of the base (2) over part of the height of the side walls (3, 4). The double-walled corner portions (5) have cavities (7), which extend continuously from top to bottom and are subdivided by one or more ribs (8, 8?). The corner portions (5) formed with the continuous cavities (7) provide advantages in production by injection moulding, the core tools achieving a longer service life thanks to better heat dissipation. When the plastic containers (1) according to the invention are being cleaned with water, the continuous cavities (7) allow more hygienic cleaning, the water being able to drain out without any residues being left behind.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 16, 2021Publication date: May 18, 2023Inventors: Rüdiger SOSTMANN, Axel RITZBERGER

Publication number: 20220267058Abstract: The invention relates to a container (A) having two cover halves, which are outwardly and inwardly pivotable by means of hinges. Retaining hooks for locking the cover halves are arranged at the upper edges of two walls, and the cover halves have, along their sides, openings for receiving the retaining hooks. The retaining hooks are movable, the retaining hooks being movable parallel to the upper edge of the container walls from an idle position and being connected to a spring element. When the retaining hook is moved, the spring element is preloaded, the retaining hooks being spontaneously moved back by the spring force. In order to lock the cover halves, the cover halves are pivoted inward and pressed onto the retaining hooks, whereby the retaining hooks are slid toward the center of the side walls until the retaining hooks penetrate completely into the openings in the cover halves. Because of the spring force, the retaining hooks are moved back and snap in on the top side of the cover halves.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 6, 2020Publication date: August 25, 2022Inventors: Axel Ritzberger, Heiner Ennen
