Abstract: A road surface information collecting device, which is mounted on a vehicle to transmit a shot image acquired by shooting a road surface to a server to detect road surface deterioration, includes processing circuitry configured to: acquire the shot image of the road surface around the vehicle shot by a shooting device mounted on the vehicle; acquire shot area information regarding an area on the road surface shot in the acquired shot image; extract one or more candidate images acquired by shooting a certain area on the road surface out of acquired shot images on a basis of the acquired shot area information; select a selected image to be transmitted to the server out of the extracted candidate images; and transmit the selected image to the server.

Abstract: A convoy forming unit uses driving control information collected from vehicles to determine a traveling order in a convoy of the vehicles so that vehicles that can be leading vehicles are disposed at a head of the convoy and an inside of the convoy. When notified of occurrence of a cut-in vehicle from any of the vehicles performing convoy travel in accordance with the traveling order, a convoy managing unit uses the driving control information to determine a new leading vehicle from among following vehicles, and divides the convoy into a first convoy ahead of the cut-in vehicle and a second convoy behind the cut-in vehicle. A convoy control unit notifies the new leading vehicle of traveling control information including an instruction to cause the cut-in vehicle to cut in front of the new leading vehicle and an instruction to be a leading vehicle of the second convoy.

Abstract: An abnormal data detecting unit detects pieces of abnormal data outputted by pieces of vehicle-mounted equipment mounted in a vehicle, and outputs detail of abnormalities which have occurred in the pieces of vehicle-mounted equipment. An abnormality position acquiring unit acquires position information about the vehicle when abnormal data is detected by the abnormal data detecting unit. An abnormality occurrence information transmitting unit transmits pieces of abnormality occurrence information in which pieces of position information acquired by the abnormality position acquiring unit are associated with detail of abnormalities in the pieces of vehicle-mounted equipment, the detail being outputted from the abnormal data detecting unit, to a vehicle data processing server.
