  • Publication number: 20130020461
Abstract: When a reflecting film of a mirror device employed in a rearview mirror with monitor is processed with laser light, a part from which the reflecting film is removed by the laser light transmits light therethrough, while the remaining part reflects the light. Therefore, the light transmittance can be changed easily according to the area irradiated with the laser light. Further, when laser-processing a reflecting/transmitting mirror region corresponding to a monitor screen, cells having the same form are arranged in a matrix, and each cell is formed with an irregular pattern by the laser light.

  • Patent number: 8050603
Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit that forms multicolor toner images superposed on a transfer belt. A sensor is disposed in an image formation region and detects a pattern on the transfer belt. A controller determines, when image data is received, whether or not a region of a toner image based on the image data will be superposed on a region of the pattern. The controller controls the image forming unit to form the toner image based on the image data and the pattern simultaneously on the transfer belt when the controller determines that the region of the toner image based on the image data will not be superposed on the region of the pattern.

  • Patent number: 7722200
Abstract: An electric mirror control device is provided which can prevent generation of a clutch noise by stopping slipping of a clutch provided at an actuator as quickly as possible while preventing narrowing of an allowable range of a tilting angle of a mirror surface. In controlling an electric mirror, a control device clamps a voltage value of a voltage applied to a motor detected by a mirror surface angle detection circuit to a predetermined upper limit value and a predetermined lower limit value at a clamp circuit. Stop control of the motor is performed based on the voltage value clamped to the upper limit value and the lower limit value in this way.
