    Abstract: In a 1-bit A/D converting circuit for converting an analog input signal to a 1-bit digital signal according to the present invention, a plurality of 1-bit .SIGMA..DELTA. modulators are connected in parallel so that outputs of the 1-bit .SIGMA..DELTA. modulators are added and converted to a multi-bit signal, which is then passed through another 1-bit .SIGMA..DELTA. modulator. Thus, the noise component is reduced.
