  • Patent number: 10771659
Abstract: An electronic apparatus capable of efficiently cooling first and second circuit boards, using one cooling fan. A main circuit board is arranged substantially in parallel to a side surface of a casing. A sensor circuit board is arranged orthogonal to the side surface of the camera casing. A main duct is formed with a flow passage for cooling the main circuit board. A sensor duct has an exhaust port and is formed with a flow passage for cooling the sensor circuit board. A cooling fan is fixed to the main duct and has an exhaust port for discharging air flowing into the flow passage of the main duct. The main duct is formed with an opening connected to the exhaust port of the sensor duct, and introduces air discharged from the exhaust port of the sensor duct into the flow passage of the main duct.

  • Patent number: 9749529
Abstract: An image pickup apparatus is provided that is capable of avoiding an image pickup device and control system devices thereof from being affected by heat generated by a wireless transmitter-receiver unit, whereby the control system devices can stably be operated, while avoiding the quality of photographed image from being deteriorated. In the image pickup apparatus, a power unit has an upper limit of guaranteed temperature higher than that of the image pickup device and higher than those of an image processing unit and a control unit which are the control system devices, and is mounted on a mounting surface of a board together with the image processing unit and the control unit. A wireless transmitter-receiver unit is disposed parallel to and facing the mounting surface of the board so as to cover the power unit mounted on the board.

  • Patent number: 9578214
Abstract: An image pickup apparatus that is excellent in rigidity and in heat radiation efficiency. The image pickup apparatus has a heat sink-cum-duct disposed between a pair of cover members that constitute left and right exteriors of an apparatus main unit and that are fixed to the heat sink-cum-duct. The heat sink-cum-duct has an opening formed to correspond to an air inlet port of an air cooling fan and has a plurality of fins, and sucks air through the opening from the outside. The sucked air is guided to the air inlet port of the cooling fan through a ventilation path defined by the plurality of fins.

  • Patent number: 9485451
Abstract: An image pickup apparatus is reduced in width and length dimensions. The image pickup apparatus has a heat sink-cum-duct disposed on a rear face side of an air cooling fan. Air sucked from an opening defined by an opening portion of the heat sink-cum-duct is guided to an air inlet port of the cooling fan through a ventilation path defined by plural fins of the heat sink-cum-duct and is discharged from an air outlet port of the cooling fan. A circuit board disposed on a rear face side of the heat sink-cum-duct is cooled and heat generated in the circuit board is radiated from a heat radiation plate. The image pickup unit, cooling fan, heat sink-cum-duct, circuit board, and heat radiation plate are each formed into a flat shape having a short dimension in optical axis direction and are substantially parallel to one another.
