  • Publication number: 20250069128
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computing devices, computing entities, and/or the like for ranking entities provided in response to a search query by identifying one or more categorical identifiers based on a semantic similarity between a query embedding and a plurality of categorical description embeddings, generating a predicted distance preference for the search query based on a location associated with a querying user, identifying one or more entities based on the location associated with the querying user, the predicted distance preference, and entity activity data entries comprising a plurality of categorical descriptions matching the identified one or more categorical identifiers.

  • Publication number: 20250005348
Abstract: Systems and techniques that facilitate neuronal activity modulation of artificial neural networks are provided. In various embodiments, an artificial neural network can comprise a set of base neuron populations that collectively generate, during an inferencing phase or a training phase of the artificial neural network, an inferencing task result based on a data candidate. In various aspects, the artificial neural network can comprise a control neuron population that is independent of the set of base neuron populations. In various instances, the control neuron population can modulate, during the inferencing phase or the training phase, neuronal activity of at least one base neuron population of the set of base neuron populations. In various cases, the control neuron population can modulate the neuronal activity of the at least one base neuron population by scaling one or more operands internally produced by the at least one base neuron population.

  • Publication number: 20230068230
Abstract: System for providing troubleshooting solutions for an electronic device is described. The system includes a query engine, that may receive a troubleshoot query from a user of the electronic device. The troubleshoot query indicates a device model of the electronic device and an issue with the electronic device. Further, the query engine may identify a context vector corresponding to the device model based on a mapping table and the device model. The context vector describes a relationship between the device model, a plurality of troubleshoot support documents, and functional features of the device model. Further, the system includes a machine learning engine to determine a troubleshooting solution for the issue based on the issue and the context vector corresponding to the device.

  • Publication number: 20220376502
Abstract: Method and apparatus for controlling loads connected to a distributed energy generation system. The method and apparatus display a list of loads, load status, load control state, where the load control state is manipulated through a user interface displayed on a user device. The load control state defines the operation of a load depending upon the operational status of the distributed energy generation system.

  • Publication number: 20200290039
Abstract: Disclosed herein are devices and methods for measuring the effect of chemokines and electric fields on cell migration. This approach is inherently non-contact and does not require injection of current. For example, disclosed herein is a device for assessing cell migration that comprises a cell migration chamber and an electromagnet positioned to produce a uniform electric field across the length of the chamber. Also disclosed is a method for assaying a cell that involves loading cells into the disclosed device along with a chemokine in an amount to produce a chemokine gradient, activating the electromagnet to produce an electric field across the cell migration chamber, and imaging the cells to measure the dual effect of the chemokine and the electric field on the cells.
