Abstract: An exercise device for exercising a user's body. The exercise device includes a roll portion extending between two roll ends thereof and having a surface substantially in the form of a hyperboloid of one sheet adapted for engagement with the body. The roll portion is substantially symmetrical in relation to a longitudinal axis thereof, and includes a bore substantially coaxial with the longitudinal axis. The device includes an elongate member extending between two member ends thereof extending through the bore so that the member ends are substantially equally spaced apart from the roll ends respectively proximal thereto, and the roll portion is rotatable about the elongate member. The device also includes one or more fastening mechanisms rotatably attaching the roll portion to the elongate member.
