  • Publication number: 20110215495
Abstract: The invention relates to an injection-molding process for producing a plastic molded part in a cavity of a tool. The process includes simultaneously injecting different melt streams composed of different component materials into the cavity, and controlling the injecting operation to obtain a form-fitting and/or material-bonding connection between the different component materials. The process further includes acquiring measurement data concerning the two melt streams at the site of development of the form-fitting and/or material-bonding connection and adapting the control to optimize the injecting operation on the basis of the measurements data acquired.
