    Abstract: An interbody spacer for the spine is provided. The interbody spacer includes a cage and at least one bone screw configured to anchor the cage between two vertebrae of the spine. The cage includes a lock rotationally movable with respect to the cage between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. When in an unlocked configuration, bone screws may be inserted and removed from the cage. When in a locked configuration, the insertion and removal pathway of the bone screw is blocked by the lock, thereby, providing backout protection for the bone screws. The lock is coupled to the cage by a pronged retainer and includes a camming surface to provide for incremental rotation of the lock. The lock includes a space-saving shape providing for maximum bone screw angulation on a laterally smaller anterior platform.

By being able to lie on the pillow, a user does not have to use an inversion table which could be both dangerous and require supervision. In addition, the present invention oscillation enables a user to correct slight misalignment of the user's hips and to more comfortably have the user's hips rotated so that the hips are rotated into an appropriate alignment.

The therapeutic pillow provides a central pouch for storing a heat pack to promote healing or cool pack to reduce swelling. Additional feature of the therapeutic include a unique, ergonomic shape with specifically located curvilinear cutouts within the shape of the pillow to provide benefits to the user. Cutouts within the shape of the pillow provide the user with a location to breath more easily. These same cutouts when the pillow is placed in a different position relative to the user will allow the user's eyes to not be pressed against the pillow when in use. When a user's eyes are not pressed against a pillow, a user's eyes will show less wrinkles commonly known as crow's feet.
