  • Publication number: 20170209809
Abstract: An organic oil extraction device comprising: one or more connection ports; a first chamber; a second chamber; a heat source; one or more vacuum pumps; and a recovery assembly. The connection may receive one or more sources of pressurized butane liquid. The first chamber is configured to receive an organic matter and a butane liquid from the one or more sources of pressurized butane liquid. The butane liquid may enter the first chamber, pass through the organic matter, and extract an organic oil from the organic matter to create a butane liquid and organic extract. The butane liquid and organic extract is configured to enter and accumulate in the second chamber. The heat source may heat the butane liquid and organic extract such that the butane liquid is converted into a butane gas, which is drawn out and into a recovery assembly by one or more vacuum pumps.

  • Patent number: 9649575
Abstract: An organic oil extraction device. The oil extraction device may comprise: one or more connection ports; a first chamber; a second chamber; a heat source; one or more vacuum pumps; and a burner assembly. The one or more connection ports may receive one or more sources of pressurized butane liquid. The first chamber may receive an organic matter and butane liquid from the one or more sources of pressurized butane liquid. The butane liquid may enter the first chamber, passes through the organic matter, and extracts an organic oil from the organic matter to create a butane liquid and organic extract. The butane liquid and organic extract may enter and accumulate in the second chamber. The heat source may heat the butane liquid and organic extract such that the butane liquid is converted into a butane gas. The one or more vacuum pumps may extract the butane gas from the second chamber, and the burner assembly may burn off the extracted butane gas.

  • Patent number: 9555293
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a golf club having a hollow golf club head which is filled with a gas under pressure. The interior surface of the golf club head is coated with a solidified layer of a sealant material. The pressurized gas permits the use of thinner face plates by compensating for forces generated when the face plate strikes a golf ball. The sealant is preferably applied by rotating the golf club head to coat the interior surface of the golf club head.

  • Publication number: 20160325917
Abstract: An adjustable nozzle assembly for dispensing an aerosol fluid from an aerosol container. The adjustable nozzle assembly includes a main nozzle body, an adjustable insert tip, an orifice insert, and a cam. The nozzle body serves as the principal housing or conduit by which a user actuates the flow of fluid being dispensed from the aerosol container, while the cam, insert tip, and orifice insert cooperate to both regulate how the fluid flows through the nozzle body and affect how the fluid exits the nozzle body thereby controlling the spray pattern of the dispensed aerosol mixture. Specifically, the cam allows the flow of fluid within the nozzle assembly to be adjusted over a continuous selection. A user may replace or exchange the insert tip and the orifice insert as needed in order to provide for a number of different spray patterns.

  • Publication number: 20150122907
Abstract: An adjustable spray nozzle adapted to fit a pressurized aerosol can. The nozzle includes a body, a fluid passage defined within the nozzle body, and an adjustable needle valve with a tip disposed within a portion of the fluid passage. The needle valve regulates flow within the fluid passage. The tip of the needle valve has a contoured surface to define a predetermined flow path in the fluid passage to prevent resonance of the tip in the flow path and to facilitate passage of semi-solids in the flow path. In one embodiment, the contoured surface of the tip includes at least one longitudinally oriented flat surface segment defined in the surface of the tip. In another embodiment, the contoured surface of the tip includes at least one longitudinally oriented concave surface segment defined into the conical surface of the tip of the adjustable needle valve.

  • Patent number: 8663026
Abstract: A golf club having a hollow golf club head which is filled with a gas under pressure. The interior surface of the golf club head is coated with a solidified layer of plastic material. The pressurized gas permits the use of thinner face plates by compensating for forces generated when the face plate strikes a golf ball. The plastic layer is preferably applied through the process of rotational molding using a thermoplastic material.

  • Publication number: 20070125879
Abstract: An adjustable spray nozzle provides control over spray flow rate and spray pattern. The adjustable nozzle fits common aerosol paint cans and may replace a non-adjustable nozzle which is provided with the aerosol paint can. The nozzle includes a nozzle body, a needle valve for adjusting flow, and an adjustable orifice for adjusting the spray pattern. The needle valve screws into the top of the nozzle body and is aligned with a fluid passage extending vertically through the nozzle body. The needle valve may be removed to facilitate cleaning the nozzle, and the adjustable orifice snaps into the nozzle body and may be rotated to select a vertical fan or horizontal fan spray pattern.
