The specified script follows the writing conventions of English. This script is based on how the Indian languages are spoken and rules are specified to facilitate mapping the sounds represented in English characters to the native language in its written form. This common method is intended for writing Hindi and related languages, such as Sanskrit, Marathi, and Gujarathi, and Bengali and somewhat distant, but closely related Dravidian languages, such as Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telegu.

The customer communication device is located. The agent communication device that is nearest to the customer communication device is located based on the retrieved location data. A communication session is established between the customer communication device and the nearest agent communication device.

    Abstract: A system, intelligent network service engine and method are described than can perform a real time fraud analysis on an originating side of a call stream to determine whether or not a call is a fraudulent call before the call is connected to a called party. In particular, the system includes a switch capable of receiving a call originated by a calling party and an intelligent network service engine capable receiving information (e.g., call origination data) about the call from the switch. The intelligent network service engine (e.g., home location register, service control point, INSight platform) then uses real time fraud management tools to analyze the call origination data to determine whether or not the call has a fraudulent attribute before the call is connected to a called party. A user identifier corresponding to the first voice pattern is provided to the communication network when the first voice pattern match is found, the user identifier operable to identify the user of the communication device.

    Abstract: A call treatment system and method in a multimedia-capable network for providing an enhanced call waiting service wherein multiple calls waiting to be serviced are accorded different treatments based on multimedia responses. When a network element serving a subscriber currently engaged in an established call connection with a party receives an indication that an incoming call is being directed towards the subscriber from at least one calling party, a multimedia session engine is invoked by the network element to launch a call treatment application for the subscriber. If the number of calls allowed to wait on the subscriber exceeds a predetermined maximum value, the incoming call is accorded a predetermined default treatment. Otherwise, the call treatment application is operable to query a subscriber profile associated with the subscriber to determine a suitable multimedia interface to be presented for effectuating a response using a browser-based interactive system.

The locked password protected electronic device uses the received password to unlock itself so that the user does not have to remember the password and also does not have to physically input the password into the locked password protected electronic device in order to unlock and use the password protected electronic device. The electronic device can also be used by the user to lock an unlocked password protected electronic device. Moreover, the electronic device can be incorporated within an article that the user generally has in his/her possession including a ring or a watch.

If the telephone call has a fraudulent attribute, then the calling party is informed that there is a possibility of telephone toll fraud occurring if the telephone call is connected to a called party. Upon initiating a phone call by a calling party towards a called party having a caller ID service, an access code associated with the present invention's service is operable to be effectuated by the calling party. In another embodiment, the calling party dynamically enters a personalized identification indicium at the calling party's station. Where an identification indicium has not been selected or entered, a default indicium may be provided by the network.
