Abstract: The present invention relates to: an aqueous (a water-soluble) antiseptic composition having improved antibacterial persistence comprising chlorhexidine or a derivative thereof and a silicon-based emulsifier; and a fabric type antiseptic comprising same. As the chlorhexidine or the derivative thereof is highly soluble and stable and well dispersed in an aqueous phase, the composition can exhibit excellent absorption efficiency when applied onto the skin and can ultimately maximize a cumulative emission amount of chlorhexidine or the derivative thereof. In addition, the use of the polyglyceryl fatty acid ester allows sustained release of chlorhexidine or the derivative thereof, thereby sustaining the antibacterial effect for a long time.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrogel, including the steps of: preparing an enzyme-immobilized support; making contacting with a polymer having a phenol or aniline functional group at a side change and the support in the presence of hydrogen peroxide to cross-link the same; and obtaining a hydrogel by separating the enzyme-immobilized support. According to the present invention, a hydrogel is formed by cross-linking a polymer having a phenol or aniline functional group at a side chain through an enzyme-immobilized support, and thus a hydrogel containing no enzymes is obtained. Therefore, the biomedical application range of a hydrogel can be expanded since it is possible to overcome an in vivo safety problem such as immune reaction caused by an enzyme.

The present invention provides a sound absorption block, including a lower plate where a plurality of unit structures are regularly arranged in horizontal and vertical directions, the unit structure having rectangular an opening that becomes gradually smaller; and an upper plate arranged on the lower plate to divide each of the openings of the unit structures in four parts. Accordingly, the sound absorption block of the present invention may be made of metals, as well as inexpensive building residues, etc. because a sound wave was decreased and offset regardless of the materials.
