  • Publication number: 20110092920
    Abstract: This invention pertains to a hose system for an injector for injecting contrast agents and saline solution into the human body. The hose system comprises a contrast agent conduit (106, 126; 206, 226; 306, 326; 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425; 501, 502, 503, 504, 521, 522, 523, 524), a saline solution conduit (116, 216, 316, 411, 412, 413, 414, 415; 511, 512, 513, 515) a pump hose (132; 232; 332; 432; 532) and a frame (135; 235; 335; 435, 436; 535, 536, 537). The contrast agent and saline solution conduits are mechanically fixed at a least one position to the frame. The pump hose is fixed to the frame at least two positions. The invention further pertains to a squeeze valve and a pressure measuring interface.

  • Publication number: 20090074597
Abstract: The invention relates to a roller pump which comprises an abutment (31, 52), at least one roller (51) and a casing (2, 3, 6). A pump hose (42) is squeezed between the roller (51) and the abutment (31, 52). A hinge (5) connects the abutment (31, 52) and the casing (2, 3, 6) pivotably, the axis of the hinge (5) being parallel to the plane of the pump hose (42). The invention further relates to a roller pump which comprises a resilient roll member (52) which is fixed to the abutment (31, 52). The pump hose (42) is pressed against the resilient roll member (52). The invention additionally relates to a roller pump which comprises two roller gears (37; 162). Each roller gear being torque-proof connected to one of the two rollers (51; 169). The two roller gears (37; 162) engage with another gear (33; 161, 160) for ensuring zero relative velocity of the portion of the rollers (35; 142) squeezing the pump hose (42) with respect to the squeezed portions of the pump hose (42).
