Abstract: A system for maintaining an amplified transmission level for a mobile communication device is provided. The system includes an amplification module in communication with a signal generator of the mobile communication device; a communication module for transmitting a first signal amplified by the amplification module in form of a second signal; and a power adjusting unit in communication with the amplification module and the communication module, wherein the power adjusting unit measures first and second power levels respectively associated with the first and second signals to determine first and second difference values.

Abstract: An apparatus for matching an antenna of a mobile communication terminal is disclosed. The apparatus comprises antenna matching units for connecting to the antenna, and a path controller connecting at least one of the antenna matching units between the antenna and an internal circuit unit for measuring power emission values of the antenna with at least one of the antenna matching units. The path controller selects from the at least one of the antenna matching units for connecting to the antenna based on an optimal power emission value of the measured power emmission values for matching the antenna.
