    Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a substrate, a storage capacitor unit, a transistor, and an electrical connection structure. The storage capacitor unit is located at an array area and includes: N insulation posts, distributed in a direction parallel to a surface of the substrate; a bottom electrode layer; a top electrode layer, directly facing the bottom electrode layer; and a capacitor dielectric layer, located between the top and bottom electrode layers. One of the bottom or top electrode layers corresponding to the N insulation posts is a continuous film layer, and the other is discrete film layers. The transistor is located at a circuit area and includes a capacitor control terminal located in the substrate of the circuit area. The electrical connection structure is electrically connected to the capacitor control terminal, and extends from the circuit area to the array area to come into contact with a corresponding discrete film layer.

The manufacturing method of the semiconductor structure includes: providing a substrate, a plurality of spaced first trenches being formed in the substrate; forming a sacrificial layer in the first trenches and a first protective layer on the sacrificial layer, the sacrificial layer and the first protective layer filling up the first trenches, and the first protective layer in the first trenches being provided with etching holes penetrating through the first protective layer; removing the sacrificial layer with the etching holes to form air gaps; and carrying out a silicification reaction on the substrate between adjacent ones of the first trenches and close to bottoms of the first trenches to form bit lines (BLs) in the substrate, parts of side surfaces of the BLs being exposed in the air gaps.

    Abstract: A titanium sulfide (TiS) nanomaterial and a composite material thereof for wave absorption are disclosed. The TiS nanomaterial is in a form of dispersed micro-particles which are bulks formed by stacking two-dimensional nano-sheets. The TiS nanomaterial is a bulk formed by stacking two-dimensional nano-sheets, thereby having a laminated structure that improves the wave absorption effect. In addition, experimental results demonstrate that the TiS nanomaterial with a dose of 40 wt% has the most excellent wave absorption performance, with a minimum reflection loss up to -47.4 dB, an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.9 GHz and an absorption peak frequency of 6.8 GHz, which are superior to those of existing two-dimensional bulk materials. One of reasons for the excellent wave absorption performance of the TiS nanomaterial may be because the laminated micro-morphology of TiS results in the electromagnetic wave refraction loss.

In an exemplary manufacturing industry scenario, a style requirement of a product category in a manufacturing industry is automatically captured according to user behavior data and product description information associated with the product category. Based on these data, a style description text may be generated and converted to product images by using a text prediction-based image generation model. The product images are further screened by using an image-text matching model, to obtain a product image with high quality. This process covers from style description text mining to text-to-image prediction to image quality evaluation. It provides an automation product image generation capability for the manufacturing industry, shorten a cycle of designing and producing the product image in the manufacturing industry, and improve production efficiency of the product image.

The at least one processor is further configured to receive a user view request for virtually viewing the scene and determine second image data for a second viewpoint associated with the user view request, by mapping the second viewpoint to the one or more second predetermined elevations. The at least one processor is also configured to render the three-dimensional model of the scene based on the second image data and display the panoramic view in response to the user view request.
