    Abstract: The present invention discloses a motor-magnetostrictive actuator hybrid brake-by-wire system. The system includes a motor, a transmission mechanism, a magnetostrictive-driving piston mechanism and a floating-caliper disc mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a planetary gear set and a screw set, and is driven by the motor. The linear motion of the sleeve is achieved by the planetary gear set and screw set. The sleeve pushes forward the piston head of the magnetostrictive-driving piston mechanism and the piston head pushes forward the brake pad back plate of the floating-caliper disc mechanism to clamp the brake disc, which accomplishes braking.

The method includes: obtaining a plurality of sub-band training signals, where a sum of the plurality of sub-band training signals is a fullband training signal; determining a sub-band calibration parameter corresponding to each of the plurality of sub-band training signals; determining a fullband calibration signal according to the plurality of sub-band training signals and the sub-band calibration parameter corresponding to each of the plurality of sub-band training signals; and performing coefficient fitting on the fullband training signal and the fullband calibration signal, to determine a fullband calibration parameter. Because sub-band calibration parameters are obtained according to a plurality of different sub-band training signals, aliasing between an image signal and a training signal is reduced.

The methods generally comprise carrying out PCR reactions using at least a first PCR primer set and/or probe for at least one target nucleic acid; and a second PCR primer set and/or probe for at least a second target nucleic acid. Positive PCR reaction products are then detected to determine test samples containing positive PCR reaction products for both the first and second target nucleic acids. This information can be used to calculate the gene association rate to determine whether the sample contains, for example, Shiga toxin-producing E. coli of the O-type serogroup.
