  • Patent number: 11975979
Abstract: A method for growing bulk boron arsenide (BA) crystals, the method comprising utilizing a seeded chemical vapor transport (CVT) growth mechanism to produce single BAs crystals which are used for further CVT growth, wherein a sparsity of nucleation centers is controlled during the further CVT growth. Also disclosed are bulk BAs crystals produced via the method.

  • Patent number: 11960952
Abstract: A system and method for configuring an RF network based on machine learning. In some embodiments, the method includes: receiving, by a first neural network, a first state and a first state transition, the first state including: one or more identifiers for available active ports, and a set of available connections between two or more circuit elements, each of the circuit elements being one of: (1) a first circuit type, (2) a second circuit type that operatively connects a circuit element of the first circuit type to one of the available active ports, and (3) the available active ports; and generating, by the first neural network, a first estimated quality value, for the first state transition.

  • Publication number: 20200274451
Abstract: A power convertor is configured to receive and convert an alternating current power into a direct current power and includes a detecting circuit and a level determining circuit. In the detecting circuit, two light emitting elements are connected together in parallel and in a reverse voltage direction, and then are connected in parallel with the AC power. The two light emitting elements are conducted during the positive half cycle and during the negative half cycle of the alternating current power, respectively. Two light receiving elements are connected together in parallel and in the same voltage direction, and then are connected between a power and the voltage divider. Each of the light receiving elements is conducted when its corresponding light emitting element is conducted, and the voltage divider provides a first voltage. A level determining circuit compares the first voltage with a reference voltage to selectively output an abnormal signal.
