    Abstract: Provided is a charging system, including at least one group of charging sets, where each charging set includes a master charging pile and a plurality of slave charging piles, and the master charging pile is respectively connected to the plurality of slave charging piles; and a cloud server, where the cloud server is configured to be in a communication connection with the master charging pile in the at least one group of charging sets; and the master charging pile is connected to a power distribution controller of a power grid and is configured to acquire a power parameter from the power distribution controller, to determine a distributable power for each charging set. The problem of not being able to calculate a charging power in the case of network disconnection may be solved; moreover, a configuration may be updated when a network is connected.

The first data request instructs the server to continuously send a plurality of data packets. The first data request includes a quantity N of data packets, that the terminal device is capable of continuously receiving, and a time interval for sending two consecutive data packets, where N is an integer greater than 1. The N data packets include at least one non-confirmable Constrained Application Protocol (NON) data packet, a sending time interval between two consecutive data packets in the N data packets and the at least one NON data packet indicates that sending a receiving response from the terminal device to the server is unnecessary.

The client is configured to send, to the first resource server, a first request packet including a first resource identifier to request resource information corresponding to the first resource identifier. The first resource server is configured to send, to the centralized redirector, a second request packet including the first resource identifier when the resource information corresponding to the first resource identifier is not stored. The centralized redirector is configured to send to the first resource server based on mapping information, a second response packet. The first resource server is further configured to obtain, using the second resource server, the resource information and send a first response packet to the client.
