Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a multifunctional oral care device comprising a lip care assembly and a tooth care assembly that can be detachably connected or used independently. The assemblies include light therapy components configured to emit specific wavelengths for lip and oral treatment. The device further includes an orientation detection module for mode switching, dual or synchronized control units with detachable power supplies, and optional intermediate layers for irradiating inner lip surfaces. A nasal care phototherapy device can also be connected through an auxiliary interface for combined facial or oral therapy.
