The top cover component provided by the present disclosure includes a top cover plate having an electrode lead-out hole, and a second sealing portion and a second insulating portion stretching into the electrode lead-out hole, and the second sealing portion and the second insulating portion are at least partially staggered to each other on the radial direction of the electrode lead-out hole and are at least partially overlapped on the height direction. Based on this, a direct discharge clearance can be effectively blocked, and the creepage distance can be prolonged, thereby being conducive to reducing the risk of on fire or explosion and other problems of the secondary battery while withstanding a high voltage.
