    Abstract: A resilient stretching exercise device worn on the body of the user, in particular about the arms and shoulders. The device has four contiguous loops of resilient cord. The two inner loops pass around the back and through the arms of the user. The two outer loops terminate in handgrips whereby the user may exercise arms, shoulders and upper body while walking by pumping the arms against the resistance of the resilient cord.
