Abstract: An exemplary system and method are provided for password entry using a touch screen. The method includes displaying a password input interface having a first field and a second field, receiving first inputs from the touch screen for entering a user account into the first field, displaying traces images converted from the first inputs corresponding to the user account, receiving second inputs from the touch screen for entering user account into the first field, and modifying the second inputs so as to disable displaying residual imprints or trace characters corresponding to the password.

Abstract: A navigation device includes a route generator, a travel log recorder, a traveled route generator, and a display module. The route generator is used for generating a route from a current position to a destination based on predetermined mapping data when receiving a route request. The travel log recorder is used for recording a traveled log of the navigation device before receiving the route request. The traveled route generator is configured for generating traveled route information according to the traveled log recorded in the travel log recorder when receiving the route request. The display module is used for displaying the route and the traveled route information simultaneously for guiding a user to the destination. A related navigation method is also provided.

Abstract: A portable electronic device includes an airbag, a gas-injection apparatus connecting with the airbag, a housing, a liquid detecting apparatus and a control apparatus. The gas-injection apparatus connected with the airbag is used for injecting gas into the airbag so that the airbag is in an inflated state. The housing with a receiving space is used for accommodating the airbag in a deflated state, and the airbag is capable of expanding out of the housing when changing from the deflated state to the inflated state. The liquid detecting apparatus is configured for detecting when the portable electronic device contacts liquid and generating a detecting signal. The control apparatus is configured for controlling the gas-injection apparatus to inject gas into the airbag upon receiving the detecting signal.

Abstract: An air conditioning system providing cooled air to a vehicle includes a detection device, a control module, and an air adjusting module. The detection device determines whether another vehicle is in front of the vehicle within a predetermined distance, and sends a signal when the other vehicle is detected. The control module is coupled to the detection device and controls the air adjusting module to operate in a recirculation mode upon receiving the signal.

Abstract: A media player system includes a media player and an earphone. The media player is used for outputting audio signals to the earphone. The earphone includes an earpiece and a sensor. The sensor is used for detecting whether the earpiece is in the ear. The sensor outputs second predetermined signals to the media player when the earpiece is not in the ear, and the media player stops outputting the audio signals to the earpiece in response to the second predetermined signals.
