  • Publication number: 20060000791
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an anti-fraud bottle cap, which guides the outflow of fluid contents such as water or liquor and prevents foreign materials or fake contents from being inserted into the bottle. The anti-fraud bottle cap of the present invention includes a valve seat, a lower end of which is fitted in an opening of the bottle to guide outflow of fluid contained in the bottle, and a valve unit which is seated in the valve seat and opens and closes a fluid flow passage of the valve seat. The anti-fraud bottle cap further includes a valve cap which is fitted over a circumference of an upper end of the valve seat to guide the outflow of the fluid contents, and a lid which is removably coupled to and removed from the valve cap by screw coupling. The anti-fraud bottle cap further includes a stop plate which is provided on the valve cap and limits the movement of the valve unit. When predetermined pressure or greater is applied to the stop plate, the stop plate is removed from the valve cap.

  • Publication number: 20050167455
Abstract: A tamper-proof bottle cap structurally fixed to an opening of a bottle for guiding the flow of contents in the bottle such as beverage, liquor or the like and designed to prevent foreign objects or fabricated materials from entering the bottle from outside is disclosed. A valve member opens and closes a vertical hole of an inner cover and simultaneously controls the flow of contents discharged via the vertical hole, and a baffle valve coupled to an upper side of the valve member is made to transmit a rotational force of an outer cover and to block the valve member from the outside, such that a spiral fluid current can be formed regardless of the tilting angle of the bottle when the contents of the bottle such as beverage, liquor or the like are poured out. The speed of fluid current of the contents can be constantly maintained, making it possible to discharge the contents in an appropriate quantity and to reduce the friction sound.
