Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fluorescence image registration method, the method includes: acquiring a fluorescence image of a biochip; selecting a preset local region of the fluorescence image; acquiring a position of a minimum value of a sum of brightness values of pixels in a first direction and a second direction, and obtaining pixel-level registration points; dividing the pixel-level registration points into non-defective pixels and defective pixels; if the fluorescence image meets the preset standard, correcting positions of the defective pixels according to positions of the non-defective pixels; acquiring a position of a center of gravity of image points of fluorescent molecules according to a center of gravity method; fitting straight lines in the first direction and the second direction respectively according to the position of the center of gravity; and acquiring boundary points of the fluorescence image and calculating the positions of the boundary points.

Abstract: An assembled subway station and a construction method thereof are provided. The assembled subway station includes a plurality of components combined in a ring shape, comprising a bottom plate component, two bottom corner components, two side wall components, a middle plate component, two top corner components, and a top plate component. Connection surfaces of each component are each provided with a concave-convex structure being matched with another concave-convex structure on a relevant connection surface of an adjacent component. Butt joint positions of two adjacent components are filled with sealing structures. The embedded grooves of two adjacent components are oppositely arranged, and connecting members for exerting opposite fastening forces on the two adjacent components are installed in the oppositely arranged embedded grooves.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for outputting information are provided. A specific embodiment of the method includes: determining an entity characterizing a target video from a pre-created knowledge graph; acquiring authority owner information for characterizing an authority owner of the target video from attribute information of the entity; determining whether the authority owner is a target authority owner or not based on the authority owner information; and in response to determining that the authority owner is a target authority owner, determining at least one entity associated with the authority owner information from entities for characterizing videos in the knowledge graph, and generating and outputting related information of each entity in the at least one entity. According to the embodiment, based on the authority owner information, entities associated with the authority owner information can be accurately obtained, and the pertinence of information shown for the user can be improved.

Meanwhile, both of a water outlet and an electric polarizer are localized at the end face of the effluent on the tank. A power supply for the electro-adsorber is fixed to the inlet end on the top face of the tank. Divided by upper and lower deflectors, the inside of the tank is divided to three processing units, i.e., sludge-water separation unit, degradation-coalescence treatment unit, and sedimentation-electric polarization unit. Vortex centripetal gas flotation is applied to remove oil. Electro-adsorption induces the micelle clustering to achieve the decolorization.

Abstract: A process for recovering chromium from hexavalent chromium-containing wastewater comprises the following steps: (1) extracting hexavalent chromium in wastewater to an organic phase by using an extracting agent, and separating hexavalent chromium from a water phase, so as to acquire a hexavalent chromium-loaded organic phase; (2) reducing the hexavalent chromium-loaded organic phase by using an aqueous solution of an organic reducing agent, reducing hexavalent chromium into trivalent chromium, reversely extracting trivalent chromium into the water phase, and separating the organic phase from the water phase to acquire a solution of the trivalent chromium and a renewable organic phase, wherein the organic reducing agent is one or a mixture of alcohols, aldehydes and carboxylic acids having the carbon atom number ranging 1 to 3; and (3) performing solvent evaporation on the solution of trivalent chromium, catalyzing, and recovering the trivalent chromium.
